At Greenwood School, we teach Citizenship education to empower our students to become informed, critical, and active members of their communities who can confidently navigate the complexities of the modern world.

The curriculum is carefully structured across age groups to recognise and reward student achievements.

Our Key Stage 3 and Year 10  students have the unique opportunity to build their confidence and portfolios early by earning AQA Unit Award Scheme certificates.

For year 11 students, the formal GCSE OCR Citizenship studies course is taught as they prepare for their GCSEs and adult life beyond school.
