We are proud to offer work experience placements for our Key Stage 4 students. Work experience placements often look slightly different to work experience in mainstream schools. Students will often undertake a work experience placement, carefully linked to their future careers interests, these placements will often take place once a week over an extended period of time, giving students the opportunity to really become part of the place of work they choose.

The aim of work experience is to help prepare students for the transition from education to employment by giving them the opportunity to get involved in the world of work and gain first-hand knowledge of what a particular job entails. It really is an exciting step for students as they transition from their final stage of school education and prepare for the real working world.
